SATISFACTION GUARANTEED

If our cast metal frames or thermoplastic partials/dentures break under normal daily use during the first five years, we will repair them at no charge. All other restorations are guaranteed for one full year. In addition, if any restoration created by our craftsmen is not acceptable for any reason, upon return of the case to us by receipted mail - within 90 days from the time you receive the finished product - you will be issued a full credit.

UPS 2^nd DAY SERVICE

Take advantage of our special UPS service. Your case will be picked up within three hours of your telephone call, and you’ll pay the same as our regular postage and handling charge: $12.00 round trip. Call UPS to schedule your pick-up.

HOW TO SHIP

We personally service sections of Brooklyn and Manhattan with daily pick-up and delivery. Other local areas are serviced by couriers. When necessary, we also provide pre-addressed and pre-paid mailing labels for your convenience. There will be a slight charge for postage and handling. Call our office to determine the best method of shipment for your area.

To avoid breakage, wrap each model separately in tissue paper, bubble wrap or any other soft covering material. Affix our label to the sealed package and drop into any mailbox or post office. No weighing of packages or trips to the post office is necessary - we are as close as your nearest mailbox.

INSTRUCTIONS

Send us your designed model with complete instructions. Please type or print instructions clearly or, if you desire, we will design your case at no additional charge. We strongly suggest counter models or counter impressions instead of squash bites. Please remember that good, clear impressions and models virtually eliminate mistakes! Also, when doing bridge work, a full arch impression will ensure accurate bites.

GREAT PRICES

If you check our fee schedule you will find that our prices are very reasonable, yet we use only ADA- and FDA-approved materials for consistent, high quality restorations.

PAYMENT TERMS

Unlike most laboratories, we do not require payment "up front," or upon receipt of the completed case. Instead, you will receive a monthly statement showing your previous month's billing and your current status. We only ask that you pay promptly. Our terms are net 20 days. We accept All major Credit Cards. Past-due accounts will be assessed a service charge of 1.5 % per month. Delinquent accounts will be subject to C.O.D.
