Implant Restorations
Implant restorations involve a unique combination of implant system, connection geometry, component specification, and clinical intent. AIM has the knowledge, the parts, and the protocol to get it right.

Why implants are different
Before a single tool touches a piece of material, the lab must know exactly which implant system is in the patient’s jaw, which connection interface is present, what component is being used, and what the clinician’s restorative intent is. A mistake at any of these decision points produces a restoration that physically cannot be seated.
Before any work begins, we must confirm the exact implant brand, product line, and platform diameter.
Internal hex, external hex, conical, morse taper — each has different tolerances. Misidentification means the case cannot be delivered.
Abutments, Ti-bases, scan bodies, and analogs are system-specific. We stock components across all major platforms.
Cement-retained or screw-retained? Single crown or bridge? These decisions affect the entire design — communicated upfront.

What we fabricate
Patient-specific abutments designed to the exact emergence profile, angulation, and margin position needed.
Hybrid titanium base with bonded zirconia superstructure — titanium strength at the connection, zirconia esthetics at the crown.
Single-piece screw-retained implant crowns on Ti-base for full retrievability, eliminating cement-related complications.
Traditional cement-retained crowns over stock or custom abutments, fully shade matched to adjacent natural dentition.
Multi-unit implant bridges from 3-unit spans to full-arch, CAD-designed frameworks in zirconia or PFM.
