Privacy Policy

How we handle your information

Effective July 7, 2026

This Privacy Policy describes how AIM Dental Laboratory (“AIM,” “we,” “us”) collects, uses, and protects information when you visit aimdentallab.com or use the forms and scheduling tools on this website.

Information we collect

We collect information you provide directly to us, including:

  • Contact form submissions: name, practice name, email address, phone number, reason for contact, and any message you provide.
  • Scanner Placement Program requests: name, practice name, email address, phone number, and estimated monthly case volume.
  • Scheduling: when you use the embedded Acuity scheduler to book a pickup, information you provide is collected directly by Acuity Scheduling under its own privacy policy, not by AIM's website.
  • Case submissions: if you send digital scans, case files, or patient records to us (e.g. via email to digital@aimdentallab.com or by physical pickup), that information is handled as part of our laboratory services, not as website data — see “Patient information” below.

How we use this information

  • To respond to inquiries submitted through the Contact or Scanner Program forms
  • To schedule and coordinate case pickups
  • To follow up on a request for scanner placement program information
  • To maintain records of our business relationship with your practice

We do not sell your information to third parties.

How information is shared

Form submissions are processed using the following third-party services:

  • Resend — delivers email notifications when a form is submitted.
  • Our internal case management system — stores submitted contact and lead information so our team can follow up.
  • Acuity Scheduling — processes pickup scheduling directly; see Acuity's privacy policy.

We do not share the information you submit with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

Patient information

As a dental laboratory, AIM may receive patient-identifiable information (such as patient names, case details, digital scans, or radiographs) as part of fabricating a dental restoration on behalf of your practice. This information is handled as protected health information in connection with the dental laboratory services we provide, is used solely to complete the case you've submitted, and is not used for marketing or shared outside of that purpose. If your practice requires a Business Associate Agreement with AIM, please contact us directly.

Cookies and analytics

This website may use analytics tools to understand aggregate visitor behavior (such as which pages are viewed) and to measure the effectiveness of our outbound links. These tools may set cookies in your browser. We do not use this data to identify you personally.

Data security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information submitted through this website, including transmitting form submissions over encrypted connections. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Data retention

We retain information submitted through this website for as long as necessary to respond to your inquiry, maintain our business relationship with your practice, and comply with applicable record-keeping obligations.

Your choices

If you'd like to request access to, correction of, or deletion of information you've submitted to us, contact us using the information below and we'll respond as required by applicable law.

Children's privacy

This website is intended for dental practices and professionals. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect information from children through this site.
